Timothy L. Martin has accumulated over 37 years’ experience as a trial lawyer and certified mediator. Timothy was born in 1947 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and was a graduate of the University of Oklahoma in 1971. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Oklahoma City University in 1983. As a result of his long career and proven success as both a client advocate and mediator, Timothy maintains an AV-Preeminent rating with Martindale-Hubbell, the highest recognition available under its peer-review attorney rating system. 

Timothy has been admitted to practice before the Oklahoma Supreme Court, the Chickasaw Nation Tribal Court and Gaming Commission, Oklahoma State Court, all Federal District Courts, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. His litigation practice has included Insurance Defense, encompassing aviation, construction, automobile, truck, premises, bad faith, insurance coverage, employment law, oil field (including downhole losses and pollution), and professional liability in the legal, dental, and nursing fields.

Timothy now brings his wealth of experience to the resolution of disputes, having settled hundreds of cases over the last decade.
